Garden Waste Drop-Off
City of Victoria residents can drop off their garden waste, year-round at the Public Works Yard at 417 Garbally Road, Saturdays from 7 a.m. – 2 p.m. The garden waste drop-off will be open on Saturday, April 16. Please bring a City of Victoria utility bill or a driver’s licence which shows residence at a property that has Kitchen Scraps and Garbage service. This service is not for commercial use. Emergency streets and utility services are not affected by the holiday and can be contacted day or night at 250.361.0400.
Parking
Parking downtown at City parkades and at on-street meters will be free Friday, April 15 and Monday, April 18 for Easter. Pay parking at on-street meters is in effect daily from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. except for statutory holidays. Pay parking is in effect 24/7 at the City’s surface parking lots. Learn more.
